At iFX EXPO International 2025, Syntellicore introduced a series of powerful new CRM capabilities designed to streamline onboarding, enhance compliance automation, and deliver AI-powered voice call insights, all within one fully integrated platform. 

As part of the DISRUPT Innovation Project, the updates were presented live to Mr. Demetris Skourides, Chief Scientist of the Republic of Cyprus & President of the Research, and Innovation Foundation, showcasing how Syntellicore is helping brokers take control of the entire client lifecycle with faster, smarter, and more secure tools. 

A Smarter Way to Onboard 

The newly launched e-KYC engine is now built directly into Syntellicore CRM. Instead of filling forms or uploading photos, clients can verify their identity in under a minute using just their mobile device. The system reads data directly from NFC-enabled government-issued IDs and passports — pulling in verified information, performing AML and sanctions screening, and completing biometric verification in real time. 

No third-party handoffs. No delays. No manual errors. 

Compliance, Reinforced 

Syntellicore’s enhanced onboarding process introduces multi-factor identity checks, including: 

  • Document authenticity verification 
  • Live face match 
  • Voice-based OTP validation for anti-deepfake protection 

If fraud or inconsistencies are detected, the system flags the attempt and prevents re-submission — offering brokers a new level of control over fraud prevention and regulatory compliance. 

For documents that do not support NFC, the platform automatically switches to a fallback mode using AI-enhanced OCR and image correction. 

Built-In Voice Intelligence with AudioSense™ 

Another standout innovation now integrated with Syntellicore is AudioSense™ — a multilingual voice analysis engine for broker call centers and sales teams. It automatically transcribes and analyzes client conversations in real time, detecting sentiment, tagging topics, and triggering compliance alerts — without the need for manual review. 

This provides brokers with a clear understanding of client interactions, improves QA, and ensures regulatory obligations are being met at every step.

The e-KYC feature currently supports NFC-enabled IDs and passports from all EU countries and many international markets. Additional jurisdictions, including the UAE, are being added through ongoing peering agreements for secure verification key access.
