One of the main objectives of the R&D team, is to leverage AI within business operations, where clients, businesses, employees and servers generate vast amounts of valuable data that can play an important role in adding significant value to medium and large-scale financial businesses.
AI is spectacular when people interact with a Chatbot and it easily beats the Turing test. For readers who do not know the Turing test, in simple terms a computer “tricks” someone that it is human. This is the hot and fancy side of AI because of its practical and immediate approach.
Dynamic Works’ R&D department has adopted an innovative approach to AI development, focusing primarily on services provided to Financial Businesses. This initiative aims to enhance the overall safety of the Syntellicore product while empowering clients to grow their businesses more organically. “Our mission is to leverage AI to strengthen fundamental business areas, allowing entrepreneurs to swiftly navigate growth challenges while empowering their departments to excel" stated the Dynamic Works’ AI Project Manager, Mihai Barsan.
One of our primary focuses in this process is refining the datasets used to train our AI. These datasets contain vast amounts of raw information, which our development team thoroughly tailors and prepares for ingestion by AI algorithms. These algorithms will serve as the backbone of some of the new innovations in Dynamic Works Syntellicore System.
Having a carefully tailored and organized dataset is one of the first steps in creating relevant AI systems. It is one of the main goals at Dynamic Works AI and Data Science teams, that the information is qualitative so that the algorithms that the team will build will go smoother than in many other cases that are presented in the global Fintech market.
The team is keeping a close eye on developing sustainable AI systems which are in accordance with AI regulations. The datasets are carefully documented and QA is checking for biases and sensitive information. The project management team is building a transparent and accountability culture for responsible development.
